At The Six Bells, we want your home to feel just right, so we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
